Paradox meaning ?

Paradox ek aisi baat, situation, ya idea hoti hai jo pehli nazar mein bilkul ulta ya contradictory lagti hai, lekin jab hum thoda aur sochne lagte hain, to wo sach bhi ho sakti hai ya phir ek deeper truth samne aa sakti hai.
Paradox ke Types:
1. Logical Paradox:
• Example: Liar Paradox – “Yeh statement jhooti hai.” Agar yeh statement sach hai, to yeh jhooti hogi. Agar yeh jhooti hai, to yeh sach hogi. Yeh contradictory lagta hai, lekin yeh ek paradox hai.
2. Veridical Paradox:
• Aisi situation jahan kuchh contradictory lagta hai, lekin wo sach hota hai.
• Example: Monty Hall Problem – Ek game show mein agar aap apna choice badalte ho, to aapke jeetne ke chances zyada ho jaate hain, yeh pehle se samajhna thoda mushkil hota hai, par yeh mathematically sach hai.
3. Factual Paradox:
• Aisi baat jahan facts kuch ajeeb lagte hain, par wo sach hote hain.
• Example: Ship of Theseus – Agar ek ship ke saare parts ek-ek karke badal diye jaayein, to kya wo wahi ship rahegi?
4. Paradoxes in Science:
• Example: Twin Paradox – Relativity theory ke according, agar ek twin high speed se space mein travel karke wapas aata hai, to wo apne twin se kam umra ka hoga, jabki dono ka time apne-apne jagah par normal chal raha tha.
Paradox aise situations hote hain jo pehli nazar mein samajh mein nahi aate, lekin jab hum unhe achhe se samajhte hain, to wo kuchh gehraayi aur nayi samajh de sakte hain.
